We introduce transplantinfo.com on the first call.
We ask patients to view the videos before the evaluation visit.
They feel prepared and confident to start the transplant journey.

2. EVALUATION DAY
We play this 23 min video on the clinic room.
Patients quickly understand KDPI, increased risk, living donation, and other concepts.
This helps them make good decisions about organ offers.
Everyone can watch more videos at transplantinfo.com.
Also, we make business cards for finding a donor.
We give patients 20 cards and the script below.
Patients walk out of evaluation day with their ‘Kidney InfoCards’ in hand.
